When we contacted Joel and informed him that we were intending to sell our property a meeting was arranged at the property. He advised us on exactly what we should do with getting the property ready for sale. He also set out exactly what costs were involved and gave us an indication of what the property was worth and suggested that we should take it to auction. The sale took its course and everything went to plan.

Joel and his team made the sale of the property trouble free. This was a deceased estate that was prepared by Joel for the market as the executors were caught interstate through covid lockdowns. His advice and processes were clear and thoughtful. At all times he demonstrated he was intent on achieving the best outcome for the sale of the estate. I met with Peter and Monique after having met with other real estate agents. I can't commend them any higher. The process of selling my home was explained very clearly, and everything that they said they would do was done. Peter called within half an hour after each open for inspection to let me know how things went. A comprehensive follow up email was received each Monday, giving feedback from post inspection phone calls from potential buyers. When doing my research for choosing my agent, I went to an open for inspection for a house that sold across the road a few weeks earlier through another agency. I had registered my details and all i received were text messages. At no point in time did I receive a follow up phone call to try to engage me into a sale. Peter and Monique were absolutely wonderful, I felt very safe and secure placing the sale of my family home in their hands.
