Find Joel - He will make it happen
When I first approached Joel - he know more about my property than I did when I 1st talked to him. YES that is because he has been in the area for many years now, and not only is aware of where people are trying to improve their properties but also is up-to-date with Council & other regulatory requirements. He guided me through the sales process & I believe to date has achieved 'nice and quietly' to best price in Frederick Street for the size of land & the current older style building that is on it. I am sure the new owners will be able to maximise their return when they re-develop in the next period of this property's life Joel will make it happen :-)

Excellent Services
