Chose Joel as my agent after he sold my grandparents' place for a really good price. Both Joel and Tariq Jameel of McGrath Parramatta were excellent to deal with. They were refreshingly honest throughout the sale process and provided a detailed and accurate summary of the local market. The level of personal service I received was above and beyond my expectations. Not many people would be willing to run back and forth between suburbs, several times, the day before a public holiday in order to negotiate with a buyer - but these guys did! Would absolutely recommend.
