Our son found himself in the unfortunate situation of having to sell the home he had worked tremendously hard for over many years. Joel came in and from the word go was considerate and thoughtful in his interactions with us. We were lucky the house sold at first open home but it was not an easy journey but it could have been much worse if it hadn't been for the professionalism shown by Joel. Hopefully one day our son will be in a position to have Joel help him find a new home.
