Had an excellent experience with Joel Hollings as our selling agent. I found Joel friendly yet professional handling a situation that was a little tricky (The sale of a deceased estate with siblings who have differing communication styles and priorities). Joel's pre-sale advice and industry contacts were invaluable in quickly allowing us to present the property in it's best light to the right market. This culminated in us selling the property in the first week $39000 above our asking price (This related to $50000 - $100000 more than Joel's opposition thought they could sell it for). Our sale was very quick from the beginning to the end . Joel had a buyer for the property before it went to market. The offered price was beyond our expectations. We required a good price so we could provide for our Mum who has gone into age care and we feel this has been achieved. Joel was professional and answered any questions we had promptly. From our first meeting through to selling my property after the first open house Joel and his team were amazing! Being the first house I sold Joel gave me confidence from the get go and delivered with 60k more than any other real estate advised I could get at best... I reviewed over 6 agents prior to choosing Joel & McGrath and none gave me the ideas and confidence that Joel did.
