We thought we'd have a stressful time being pensioners who have not done this sort of thing for nearly 50 years. It was not as bad as we thought, Joel came in, looked around and gave us some great advice. He even lent us an extra bed, cushions etc and it looked good. The house went on the market and after a week we had a contract. Joel kept in contact with us all the time to keep us up to date on everything that was going on.
