Joel sold a property which was a non-standard type of sale and for that reason it took longer than usual. Therefore I had quite a long time in which to discover that if I had developmental information or specific property views about the area, Joel had already "been there" and knew all about those things. I have to conclude there isn't anyone who knows Seven Hills for residential property and also even commercially as Joel does.
