Michael was really helpful in explaining the home ownership purchasing process as I'm a first home owner. He kept me informed of properties on the market, always followed up and did his best to ensure I found the right place for me! Mary from Michael's team was also fantastic in liaising backwards and forwards with me regarding the paperwork and other requirements. They both made it really easy and a comfortable interaction, highly recommend!
