Professional agent
Our experience with Michael and Mary was nothing but professional and respectful. This is the 3rd time we have partnered with McGrath to sell our property and we have been very satisfied with their service. Michael was always in contact with updates on the progress of the sale and potential buyers. Michaels determination to get the best outcome and work ethic is something very unique. Professional and very good agent
Michael is a very hard working Real Estate agent. We found working with him and his wife Mary a very comfortable experience. He was very helpful and answered all our questions from the start. Michael is easy going and kept us informed all the way through the process. He communicated all relevant information and negotiated professionally without being pushy. An Exceptional Agent!
The standard of real estate services provided to me by Michael Flevaris in relation to the sale of 35 Wilson Street, Kogarah was outstanding. Michael displays exceptional knowledge of, and expertise in, real estate matters and issues in Kogarah and the surrounding areas. He has a proven track record in the area in sales. During the entire marketing and sales process, Michael conducted himself with the utmost professionalism. His style is very much one of building and maintaining effective and authentic relationships with his clients. Through this relationship I came to see Michael as a person of outstanding ability and integrity. On inspection of the property Michael and his wife, Mary, who has joined Michael as part of his sales team, recommended that the house needed a huge refresh. As I live many hours drive distant from Sydney, Mary undertook full responsibility for the organisation of a full internal re-paint, replacement of all light fittings and replacement of all window coverings as well as for the organisation of styling and cleaning. This was all done with a sense of high confidence and optimism, to a high standard, and at a very reasonable rate. During the ‘preparation for sale’ period, Michael and Mary went far beyond what a vendor could reasonably expect of their estate agent. When we met to set a reserve price and to discuss the auction processes and strategies, the meeting proceeded seamlessly with Michael giving all the instructions, advice and reassurance that were needed at that stressful time. On auction day Michael and Mary worked very hard! The result speaks for itself - a sale that reached our reserve!! In the current Sydney real estate market this was an outstanding result. Michael and Mary, as “Team Flevaris”, make a brilliant sales duo! If you want the best chance of success in buying or selling property in Kogarah and beyond, do not look past these outstanding agents.

Amazing Agent!
We have found Michael to be a positive, hard working and an incredible agent. Open, honest and great communication
Michael has assisted us with local market knowledge in our property search for the last 5 years. He is very professional, great at communicating and always tried to show us properties matching our search criteria. Even when I thought this wasn't the property for us he really highlighted the properties features and showed us all the things we were missing. He also went out of his way to show us the property outside of the scheduled opens. He is very open and honest whilst still being a great negotiator. I would highly recommend him as an agent in the st george area
