Matt was amazing in helping us find our perfect home when we were relocated interstate for work. The market was incredibly competitive and homes were in short supply. We had a very narrow criteria as needed to be in catchment for schooling and Matt did an outstanding job in helping us find a property and ultimately secure it for us in a way that was professional but more importantly considerate to the needs of us as the buyers and the sellers equally. We have only bought through Matt but seeing how he considers both parties welfare during the process so professionally. When or if we ever sell it will only be through Matt for sure !
