Out of the box...
Ours was not a traditional home. Its design was born of our love of warehouse conversions, and whilst most simply uttered the word wow upon entering the living area with its 12-metre ceilings, floating mezzanine and master suite, it was clear it would not be for everyone. We knew this as did Matt. Together we tailored a marketing campaign to attract the right kind of buyer and Matt embarked upon the sales path. Not once did Matt waiver from the path, not once did Matt loose excitement or enthusiasm for our out of the box home and it paid off. Matt found the right buyer and they too fell in love with our warehouse inside a house. Thanks, Matt, whilst we feel sad to leave, we're happy that the home has the right new owner thanks to you.

Professional and a real delight to deal with!
