Chris and Damien met with my daughter Carlie and myself to discuss the sale of my home after the death of my wife. I was presented with a folio of comparable homes that had sold in a period leading up to my listing in order to decide a fair asking price for my home. The price we settled on was a fair price not too high and not too low. I believed that my home would not be easy to sell as it had not been renovated and was substantially as built 20 years previously, nonetheless Chris and Damien patiently attended open homes and attended other enquiries as they presented. There was no negativity from Chris, Damien or their team during the listing period of almost nine months. Regular meetings were held to keep me up to date with all issues around the listing and adjustments were made constructively and by agreement of all parties. Chris and Damien represented my position in regard to sale price and all other considerations accurately and enthusiastically until they were able to bring me an offer that was worthy of consideration and that offer resulted in the sale of my home. I would recommend Chris and Damien to any person wanting to engage an honest and hard working Real Estate firm.

I cannot speak more highly of our experience with Matt. It was a complicated search being conducted half the time from overseas. We had very specific requirements and I have to say Matt has the patience of a saint! (Poor man started off with a full head of hair, we might have sent him bald!) Sometimes we (or I would) fly in unexpectedly and give Matt literally would have a couple hours to set up viewings for properties we wanted to see. It was a frustrating journey and Matt was a true gentleman and patient in the extreme. He was generous with his time and sharing his extensive knowledge. However, the highest praise I can give him is his honesty. I have lived the last 20 years in a country where you will say anything to make a deal or try for a few extra bucks. Hence, I initially fudges my top end budget by under $150K expecting to be shown some that were over budget.... Nope! Matt only ever showed me what I had said I could afford (I eventually had to sheepishly "come clean". After a looooong, search, we eventually bought the property Matt had in mind from the beginning. It is just perfect. Perfect house, perfect location, perfect community. (AND under my initial fudged budget!) I am so thrilled to bits. Matt takes his job seriously. He is knowledgeable. He is personable. He genuinely wants the best for all parties. He is honest and a true gentleman. I cannot recommend him highly enough (& am thankful he is younger than me as he is the only Agent I would ever use in the future)
