I have found Damien Michael to be a man of integrity with an incredible work ethic. I would (and have) recommend him as my first choice for a property specialist on the Sunshine Coast. The only concern I had, and this was identified and discussed prior to the campaign, was that with Damien's very busy schedule he would be "spread a bit thin" when it came to marketing and communicating with regard to our property. There were a couple of ad-hoc inspections where I found myself thinking that the inspection may have been conducted better had Damien been in attendance. Ultimately the house was sold when Damien personally carried out one of these types of inspections. Having said the above - I understand Damien's predicament completely and do not hold it against him or McGrath. I wish he and Chris Pace well with their McGrath and future endeavours.

We were really happy with Stuart as our real estate agent. He was honest, trustworthy, motivated and enthusiastic. Stuart appeared to take a genuine interest in our needs and our property and made the whole process relatively painless. Thanks so much Stuart!

We selected Stuart to sell our house for a number of reasons; knowing him through his previous business in Buderim, he's a friendly fellow, he has a great deal of knowledge about the area and a lot of people hold a great deal of trust in him. Stuart told me he would sell our house fast but I wasn't expecting one open home and a sale - 5 days is all it took - and it's all down to his knowledge and expertise - Thank you Stu!

My family has known Damien for a number of years but not through real estate, through friendship with his parents. We've watched Damien's career in real estate grow and decided he was the person we would choose to sell our home. Well, five days on the market, guided by Damien and we had sold. Damien's knowledge of the real estate market clearly shows why he is where he is today. Thank you Damien, job well done.

We specifically selected McGrath (Buderim) to market and sell our property due to their reputation, recent sales in our local area and impressive branding and marketing systems. We were instilled with confidence from our first meeting with the McGrath team which included both Principals (Chris Pace and Damien Michael) and Sales Agent David Swarbrick. Their knowledge of the local area, presentation & communication, and willingness to listen to our requirements and concerns was very reassuring. The service provided throughout the preparation and marketing period was nothing short of outstanding and they secured a contract on our home prior to the first scheduled Saturday open for inspection. We made it clear from the outset that with 2 small children, we wanted a quick result and that is exactly what the McGrath team delivered. We highly recommend discussing your future real estate needs with Chris, Damien or David.
