The Best Agent.
My choice of Agent proved to be the right one. My Buderim home sold within a couple of weeks from when the sign went up. I could not fault Stu. He phoned me straight after he had an open house or took somebody through. I was very happy with the sale price. I would wholeheartedly recommend Stu to any prospective seller or buyer. Absolute Amazing Experience
Stuart was amazing from day one, we never felt pressured, yet we always felt that we were in good hands. We saw first hand how Stuart doesn't rush for a quick sale, instead how he always puts the interests of the seller first. Very Happy
Sue and I found Stuart a pleasure to deal with in our search for a home. I had met Stuart at a couple of open houses at other properties and found him very relaxed and knowledgeable with no pressure. His follow up was always informative. We are so happy that Stuart was able to fine a property for us at a greAt price in a fantastic location and can't Waite to move in. Shaun is the best agent I have had to deal with.
The sale of our family house was not an easy one as being a diseased estate, Shaun had to deal with stakeholders that had different viewpoints as to the sale of the property. Shaun was able to adroitly negotiate between the stakeholders resulting in a successful outcome. Nothing was too much an effort for him. He consistently communicated throughout the whole process which gave me confidence and reassurance that the sale was progressing well. Thanks Shaun.

Excellent Agent
Shaun was excellent from beginning to end, his relaxed and yet professional style and manner made the whole process so easy. Shauns market and marketing knowledge was spot on and led to a successful sale at the price I wanted in just 14 days! Shaun let me go at my own pace before we signed up and during the sale process , I always felt like I was in the driving seat but supported by a great agent , honest, trustworthy , helpful, and respectful of the huge process that selling a much loved family home is. Shaun worked hard behind the scenes for us while making the whole process seem calm. There was never any pressure to advertise or do more open homes than we wanted at the time and communication was simple and straight forward I can 100% recommend Shaun- easiet and most stressfree sale I've ever done!

Fantastic Agent!
Dave was very personable right from the outset, keen to hear what my needs were rather than simply trying to ‘get a sale’. He was able to assist me on all kinds of details which assisted me in making informed decisions, from the current rental market through to recommendations for service providers, even assisting me to have a working knowledge of some of the legal requirements. He clearly knew the market well, and assisted me at each step through the process to know what exactly what was needed. What struck me the most however was the extent to which he was prepared to assist me, understanding I was from interstate. Dave frequently went out of his way to bridge that gap, and when I commented on this he said ‘I’m simply doing for you what I would want someone to do for me if I was in your shoes’. That sums up Dave in my experience: a genuine and trustworthy agent, where what you see is what you get. I could not recommend him highly enough, and will definitely refer him to friends.

Excellent in every way
We listed our home with McGrath as they had such a great reputation and high standard of presentation and communication. We were not disappointed. The service and advice we received resulted in an above expectation result. We have sold many homes and used some good agents but David was the best. His eye for detail and communication and negotiation skills were only surpassed by his honesty and integrity. If you are selling in Bli Bli, list with David.
