Excellent service
I met Stuart after the sad death of my Mother. He was recommended to assist in the sale of her property, which had to be conducted long-distance as I had to return to South Africa. Stuart was a wonderful person to work with. The whole process was handled with total professionalism and dedication, and, despite some challenges not of his making, Stuart finalised the sale and oversaw the process from start to finish. Awesome Agent
We dealt with Stuart on the purchase of our new home in Buderim and we couldn't be more impressed with the way that he managed the sale to us. Couldn't recommend highly enough!
Shaun has an excellent local knowledge of Ilkley and the surrounding area. He kept us well informed during all stages of the selling process, and was able to answer our (many!) questions thoroughly in a way we both understood. We have kept an eye on the local real estate market for many years and knew we would only sell our house with Shaun as he has proven results and always seems to sell property much faster than other agencies. He was able to sell our acreage property in 6 weeks, while other neighbouring properties have been for sale longer than 6 months with other agents. Shaun offers fair appraisals and with his friendly, no-fuss professional attitude he was a pleasure to work with! I would highly recommend Shaun to anyone looking at selling.

Easy Transcation
