Stuart is a genuine person who is friendly and helpful. He is knowledgeable and skilled in the art of real estate sales in the Buderim area. He has buyers and matches properties to their needs as well as the sellers. We would recommend Stuart to anyone with real estate needs on the Sunshine Coast.

Shaun kept us well informed at all stages of the selling progress. He even helped with some of the cleaning up of the house as well as treating christine(my sister) with dignity and respect as she has disabilities.

Very professional service, open and honest. I can highly recommend Gail as a person to deal with. Gail went the extra mile to service us to look out for our interests. She is very pleasant and helpful with high integrity.

Shaun was so easy and professional to deal with throughout our recent property sale, helping keep stress to a minimum. He is approachable and always keeps communicaton open with regular evaluations as well as being very accessible for us to contact with questions. His honesty and knowledge of the local housing market, particularly acreage like ours, was invaluable and certainly helped to achieve a timely sale which exceeded our expectations. Shaun is flexible, supportive and helpful beyond what we would have expected from dealing with a real estate agent and the whole experience with him and McGrath was highly satisfactory.

Though not directly involved in this sale I have had dealings with Damien in the past. He is a professional and accessible team leader.

Stuart, we are forever so grateful for bringing this property forward to our attention. It was the perfect home we had been seeking to renovate. And yes, lets not forget the Shed. (9mtrs X 12mtrs)

Went with Pacey and McGrath's through trust and they didn't disappoint. I was kept informed through multiple methods and Melissa, Ambre, and the rest of the team I dealt with were exceptional.

Chris and his team at McGrath Buderim were exceptional all the way through the selling process, right from our first meeting, up until the place settled. If you want a seamless sale process, with no hassle, great communication, and fantastic results, then you should consider Chris and his team. Our home was a fairly hard sell, but Chris came in positive from the start, with realistic advise. The communication on a week to week basis was outstanding, (which I have not seen in the 10 or so properties I have sold) the open homes were done in a professional manner, and every lead was followed up! In the end, it was a relativily quick sale, and the results were right on the mark. Also, it was the little extra's that McGrath Buderim offer, that make it such a great experience. I will use Chris, Damien and Amber again, without question. Thanks guys. Peter.

We have sold several properties and Shaun is the only agent that we have had complete confidence in. He handled everything in a very professional manner. We have no hesitation in recommending him to any potential seller or buyer.

We are from interstate and were looking to buy an investment property when I stumbled across Stuart. His knowledge of the local area and professionalism were apparent. He went above and beyond to assist us with our enquiry and we purchased our property less than 24 hours after speaking with Stuart. He provided the information we needed and we felt very valued as a purchaser. He knew about the property and the local area. He also made it very easy by having pest and building people call us so we didn't have to do anything. I wouldn't hesitate buying or selling through McGrath. Stuart has been amazing and has gone above and beyond even offering to collect me from the airport to inspect the property. He also put us in contact with Lauren from McGrath who is now managing our investment and we could not be happier. The process has been smooth and easy and if I had to choose one word to describe the experience I would say 'excellence' in every aspect.... and what an extremely personable and likeable fellow- thank you Stuart for such a high standard and being such a nice guy and making our experience so enjoyable!
