Highly recommended
Gail has the advantage of being a Sunshine Coast local, who has raised her own family and grandchildren in the area. This made a huge difference to us when we moved from Hong Kong as she knew the schools , the best streets , and really listened to what we needed to make our purchase a great family home . She was so good the first time we have since used Gail to sell and get us settled on the waterfront in Minyama .

Awesome Agent
Stuart was easy to communicate with , as he genuinely listened, and negotiated extremely well. Stuart was flexible and able to arrange viewings outside of Open Home days. Stuart was also kind enough to keep in contact with me ,and to ensure the sale process went through smoothly. I would recommend Stuart as a reliable and friendly real estate agent.

Stuart, What can we say? You have been a breath of fresh air when it comes to salespeople. We normally cringe at the thought of buying a car or house because of the 'pressure' and 'in your face' tactics employed by some sales people to get the sale. This is definitely not you or your team. You were not pushy at all which we found somewhat surprising but very much appreciated. Nothing was too much trouble when we asked for access, guidance and recommendations. Your assistance helped answer a lot of the questions we had and made this an enjoyable experience. Stuart's local knowledge is certainly a great asset for the Buderim office and for anyone wanting to purchase in that area. We would have no hesitation in recommending Stuart to anyone wanting to purchase or sell a property.

My wife and I can attest to the fact that Shaun Hammill is the very best example of what the Real Estate Industry can produce. Simply put Shaun is a true professional who under promises and over delivers. Shaun is knowledgeable, honest reliable dependable and a great all-round guy He listened to what we had to say and provided sensible suggestions to any issue that we raised with I'm Shaun was always well presented, always on time and always provided prompt feedback Shaun always had our best interests at heart and on the wet and miserable Open Days ensured that potential buyers removed their shoes before inspecting our home. Shaun approach was always balanced and sensible. For example when my wife and I used to spend 5 or 6 hours getting our home ready for the open days i.e vacuuming the entire house twice dusting and everything else that you could think of, Shaun would tell us to relax and that the home was already well presented. While applauding our additional efforts Shaun would always say that at the end of the day an immaculate home did not automatically have the impact of us adding an additional bedroom to then home. Yes marketing a property can be stressful but, with Shaun assisting us it was made a whole lot easier Thank you can sometimes be an inadequate word and we could not thank Shaun enough for everything he did for us.
