From the very start we were listened to, decisions were made jointly, the plan was implemented and the result was exactly what we had hoped for. Experience, knowledge and drive; if that is what you want from your agent then good luck finding better than Chris and his team.

We found Shaun on ratemyagent and based on the reviews we saw, we decided that he was someone we would like to work with. He didn't disappoint. He was a good communicator, he was personable and he found something to appreciate about our house. We wanted it sold so we could move on and Shaun worked consistently to achieve that. Within a few weeks we had received an outcome that we were happy with. I also liked the extra layer of communication we could have with Shirley (personal assistant) to ensure everything ran smoothly or any questions we might have. Upon sale, $500 of the commission was donated to the charity of our choice which was a bonus.

Peter was a very pleasant and helpful person to do business with and kept us fully aware at all times of where we stood. He and his wife, Michelle, were also helpful in many of the personal matters that overseas people needed advice about, so that we found McGrath's very supportive. The outcome of the sale was satisfactory to us, perhaps a little less that we had hoped for, but well within our range of expectations. We wish Peter and Michelle well. We hope they continue to succeed in the McGrath colours.
