My best real estate experience yet!
I have purchased and sold many homes over the years and would honestly say that this experience was by far the best. The entire process was extremely professional. Genuine
Not all Real Estate Agents are the same! There are sales people, and then there are people like Shaun. He is genuine, he follows through, he communicates constantly, there is no pressure, he is so easy to deal with and talk to. I highly recommend Shaun to anyone considering selling their property. After dealing with several Agents in the process of buying my next property Shaun is an absolute stand out. He is an absolute pleasure to deal with.

A GOOD RESULT
Chris Pace and Damien Michael are a good team at McGrath's in Buderim. They were well-Informed about the present market and we met at their office twice for information sessions. They arrived promptly for Open Houses and everything was accomplished with no fuss or inconvenience to us. Chris negotiated well on our behalf with the purchasers and closed the deal within half a day. I would highly recommend the McGrath team for anyone wishing to sell their property on the Sunshine Coast.
