Trust is key

10 out of 10 service!

Chris and his team at McGrath Buderim were exceptional all the way through the selling process, right from our first meeting, up until the place settled. If you want a seamless sale process, with no hassle, great communication, and fantastic results, then you should consider Chris and his team. Our home was a fairly hard sell, but Chris came in positive from the start, with realistic advise. The communication on a week to week basis was outstanding, (which I have not seen in the 10 or so properties I have sold) the open homes were done in a professional manner, and every lead was followed up! In the end, it was a relativily quick sale, and the results were right on the mark. Also, it was the little extra's that McGrath Buderim offer, that make it such a great experience. I will use Chris, Damien and Amber again, without question. Thanks guys. Peter.

Outstanding Property Professional

We are from interstate and were looking to buy an investment property when I stumbled across Stuart. His knowledge of the local area and professionalism were apparent. He went above and beyond to assist us with our enquiry and we purchased our property less than 24 hours after speaking with Stuart. He provided the information we needed and we felt very valued as a purchaser. He knew about the property and the local area. He also made it very easy by having pest and building people call us so we didn't have to do anything. I wouldn't hesitate buying or selling through McGrath. Stuart has been amazing and has gone above and beyond even offering to collect me from the airport to inspect the property. He also put us in contact with Lauren from McGrath who is now managing our investment and we could not be happier. The process has been smooth and easy and if I had to choose one word to describe the experience I would say 'excellence' in every aspect.... and what an extremely personable and likeable fellow- thank you Stuart for such a high standard and being such a nice guy and making our experience so enjoyable!

Seamless, well organised sale.
