Reliable and good communicator
Chris followed through. When the first buyers didn't proceed with the contract, Chris called us immediately and secured the property for us. There were exceptional circumstances and Chris handled the process very well resulting in a purchase for us which has given us our dream home. A good agent makes a BIG difference

Palmwoods sale feedback
We were very impressed with the way Chris and Damien approached the sale of our home at Palmwoods. The property was previously listed with a Warana agency who had the property listed for 4 months with very little activity and communication to us as the sellers. Chris and Damien secured a multiple offer scenario within 3 weeks of listing the property and we achieved a fantastic price for the area. The team in the McGrath Buderim office were fantastic to deal with, professional and friendly throughout the entire process.
