Approachable & great communication skills

Best of the lot
Stuart Thomas and the McGrath team stand out from the rest of the field in every aspect of real estate marketing in Buderim and on the Sunshine Coast. We could not have been more impressed with the professionalism and service delivery that we experienced from Day One until the closing of the transaction. In future, we wouldn't think of putting our house on the market with anyone but Stuart and the McGrath team.

Sold Prior to Auction
The McGrath Team did a great job in selling my Mountain Creek property from the minute they listed the property until it was sold i received 5 star service. From selling property in the past i have never seen such a well structured system and style that is different from the rest to say the least. When i first engaged McGrath there appraisal price was fair and one that i feel was true market value and not an inflated figure just to win the business. We sold prior to Auction and achieved a price higher than initial expectations. Would be more than happy to refer anyone to use the team at McGrath Buderim.

Sale of my Property/s
