My husband and I moved into our rental property in October. right from the get go Bell Property Bulimba presented themselves as very Professional and approachable. We met Jeremy at the ' open home ' on the Saturday and our application was processed within 4 days. We were surprised how efficient and friendly the staff at Belle property were. We have purchased and sold 5 properties in Brisbane over the past 25 years and 3 of these were managed by Real Estate agencies. We have also rented homes on a few occasions when we have sold our own home. I was so surprised when I went to pick up the keys and was greeted with a gift of chocolate and wine together with the lease papers and keys all waiting for me. to be honest I really have only experienced this treatment when buying a new home. When I have made enquiries with regard to this property we are currently renting I have always been able to speak directly to the property manager, no waiting for a call back the next day or two!.This has shocked me because its not the case with other Real Estate agents.
