I came to Jeremy at Belle Property after trying two other property managers over the last 5 years. Being based in a different state was definitely a barrier for managing my property. The property needed work to freshen up, the previous tenants and management had let it deteriorate and I was not aware of the extent of it until Jeremy took comprehensive photos and made recommendations what the the best and economic way forwards. I was also set back by arrears from the previous property managers and I really appreciate that Jeremy was sensitive to that. My previous agent had not found me a tenant for over a month- and Jeremy found a tenant with excellent background in less that two weeks. I would recommend Jeremy and Belle to anyone considering a property manager. It’s worthwhile spending that bit more for complete peace of mind and most professional service.
