We have had a great experience with McGrath Estate agency, Caloundra. From day one of our search for a rental Bianca was super helpful, professional added with personal service. The rental market is very difficult right now and at times stressful. Bianca managed to help secure accomodation for us after we had missed out on 3 properties (not all with McGrath). The service since we have moved in has been impeccable. We had a couple of minor repairs to be done and have received responses the same day by Alyce and arranging tradees attending within a couple of days. Fantastic support for the tenant and for the owners of the property as this means the property and their investment is protected and cared for. We will definitely be using them again for renting or for when we are ready to purchase our own home.
