Bianca has been absolutely amazing since we contacted her, we have dealt with Bianca direct the whole time we have been hunting for a rental. My partner and I have been looking for a fully furnished rental and I had enquired with Bianca about a couple of places that were being advertised and every time with each one of them she was very helpful and knowledgeable about the rental properties. I struggled to make it to the inspections due to work clashing with the inspection times but Bianca offered to send me videos of the places which helped us make a decision. From my first phone call this company was different- very friendly and helpful and also returned my calls and emails immediately and answered every query I had quickly and efficiently. And they have continued to do so and follow through on everything without faltering even once - I have been very pleasantly surprised with firstly exceptional and outstanding service from Bianca who never made me feel bad or a nuisance no matter what I have asked her to help me with. I felt like I was being treated like a real person and that they actually cared. This is extremely unusual in real estate especially when renting.
