My wife and I were first time renters & unfortunately we had heard many horror stories about how hard it was going to be to rent a house with no previous rental references so we turned up at our first viewing with fairly low expectations however we were lucky enough to be shown through the property by Bianca from McGrath's we explained our concerns to her and she immediately set us at ease and explained the process to us and we made application for that property and were successful. I didn’t for a moment believe the stories about how hard it is to rent on the Sunshine Coast. I’ve always been a home owner and currently own a home with incredible tenants.
