Initially I listed my house with another agent on the coast who had an exclusive listing of my property for 90 days and had no success in selling the house and provided a terrible service. I contacted Jodie a few days prior to the exclusive contract ending and she took over and had a contract with 3 days of her taking over! Unfortunately this contract fell over due to finance but the amazing Jodie had a backup buyer in her back pocket that signed a new contract the day the other one was terminated! Her professionalism is second to none and she was fantastic through the entire process. I highly recommend Jodie if you are wanting to sell your house. The only regret that I have is not using Jodie as my agent from the very start. Thank you Jodie! You are amazing and it was a pleasure to deal with you :)

Noel and I had the pleasure of having Jodie Hedley-Ward as our Agent to sell our property, the moment we appointed her to be our agent Jodie was on the go finding buyers for our property. Jodie honestly knows her stuff on buying and selling properties. She sat down with us and spoke of different directions we should take and her thoughts on it, we had our input as well.
