McGraths Property Managers (Brandi & team) have looked after our rental property in Pelican Waters since we purchased it in October. They have provided an exceptional service and we have been extremely impressed with their expertise and professionalism. They secured us great tenant, had excellent communication throughout the process and continue to do so on an ongoing basis. Our designate property manager is Sarah and she is an absolute gem! She is friendly and promptly follows with any requests or questions we may have. We have been landlords for in excess of 20 years and working with the McGraths management team is certainly is a refreshing change from the service we have received from other companies, keep up the good work team! Overall - Fast response, good communication, very professional agency and we look forward to continuing to work with them.

From the first time we engaged McGrath Caloundra and ever since they have been professional, attentive and have worked very hard in looking after our investment property. Their communication is great, they always respond to our requirements immediately and have a positive attitude with everything. Bought the house through these guys and they have had it rented out full time for the last 4 years. The communication from the property manager is always friendly and professional, inspections are carried out on time and always accompanied with pictures and recommendations. Can't speak more highly.
