The Property Management team at McGrath Caloundra are certainly 6-star. They managed the transition process from another agency across to their team with ease (well, that's how it seemed to me) and professionalism; keeping everyone onside and up to date with progress, including the previous PM team, the tenants and myself. It became apparent very quickly that the tenants were vacating. The McGrath Caloundra team managed to source high-quality, long-term tenants within a very short time, leaving minimal vacancy time. McGrath Caloundra has been managing our property for the last year and the service they provide is excellent. We are located in Sydney so it was important for my husband and I to select an agency that would go above and beyond and really look after our house. Brandy and the Team have certainly delivered on their promise. Our property manager, Sarah check-ins regularly which is very refreshing and nothing is too much trouble.
