My wife and I had been planning to buy a house in the future but when we saw this property we both fell in love with it instantly! Jodie was warm & welcoming at the open home whilst allowing us to explore the property at our own pace. Her knowledge of Kawana Forest was amazing (we were aware that she has been the area expert here for years) but she was able to assure us the neighbourhood was friendly, welcoming & ticked all of our boxes. Jodie took all of the hard work out of the negotiation process for us - being open, honest & transparent with us. We felt she was truly working for both us and her client equally & that was comforting. Jodie's team where fantastic throughout the journey - meeting us onsite for our building & pest inspection & Jenine has been amazing with everything to do with the contract & finance. Being first home buyers we were unsure of certain elements of the process but have felt really at ease with the level of care, knowledge & expertise of the whole McGrath Caloundra team. We knew Jodie was awesome beforehand but having bought through her our expectations were blown away! Five stars doesn't seem enough to thank you for all you've done for us!

I cannot speak highly enough of the kindness, authenticity, and professionalism of Jodie, David, and the whole team at McGrath Caloundra. Following an unexpected/poor medical diagnosis, we needed to sell my parent's great unit on Kawana Island, and relocate them closer to family down south. Everything depended on achieving a quick sale at a good price, and the place wasn't even near ready to be presented in it's best light. Jodie took the time to listen and understand the situation, and then got to work on the right approach. Jodie's approach was professional (she found a number of potential buyers within days), genuine (she and David both rolled up their sleeves to clean the unit and do some overdue minor 'fix-its'), and caring and compassionate (she was really cognisant of making the process as stress-free as possible for her clients). We ultimately achieved a great result, and were thrilled to be able to easily navigate something that seemed so complicated when we first set out. The delay in posting this review is totally due to my own oversight - it should've been done much sooner. I have no hesitation in recommending Jodie - who is one of the nicest and most professional people I've ever met.
