Jodie has shown very good knowledge and professionalism during the entire process. She was able to answer all questions in short notice, and was willing to do Facetime to inspect the property. She proved to give detailed information regarding the property and local area, and showed her keen interest in her job, which other real estate agents can learn from. Three years ago I had Jodie give me an idea of what my property may sell for. Having had Real Estate experience myself I was quiet critical when selecting an Agent to market my property. My first impression was - "this Lady does not "sell " properties- she markets them"- a big difference when it comes to the price in my opinion. I did not go ahead with selling at that time . However, Jodie and I kept in contact during that time and now 3 years later I have a "SOLD" sign on my property and a price and contract conditions that I am very happy with. I have some health issues and the respect shown to me by Jodie, Anna and Ali was exceptional especially at the time of 'Open Inspections'.
