Hi Robert, thank you again for all you have done for me over the years. I could not have been in better hands -so to speak. 🙂 Here goes: I have been dealing with Rob Horder and his staff from PRD real estate Kyogle for more than 8 years. As a landlord Rob's office has looked after my interests extremely well and have found me long term outstanding tenants. His staff is a pleasure to deal with, always available, friendly and very efficient, especially Jill, whom I had the most dealings with. When recently putting my house up for sale Robert negotiated the sales price for me with a better than expected outcome. His commission was very fair and the whole transaction went effortlessly through. I can highly recommend Rob and his staff and thank them for a great job very well done and do wish them all the best for their future business endeavours. Sincerely Natalie

Rob went to every effort to help us with our purchase. He made himself available for inspections and helped us over the phone with any questions that we had, no matter how small or trivial. We appreciated his local knowledge and patience in guiding us through the purchase process. Rob’s team now manages our house as a rental, and we appreciate their ongoing assistance and support.

I am pleased to be able to verify that Rob Horder, who recently successfully sold our property, is someone in whom I have real confidence. His integrity and commitment are unquestionable. I do not hesitate to recommend him to anyone seeking an agent who will do his best on behalf of all parties, which is a quality I value greatly.

On behalf of my mother, and myself would recommend Rob to sell your property. Rob was hardworking, dedicated and had his clients end goal in his mind during the selling of the property. Rob made it very easy and smooth to sell the property, and he was very considerate during this difficult time. Thank you Helen and Gemma

Robert has sold three properties for us and on each occasion has been very professional and reliable throughout. He has provided helpful feedback and has even assisted with some property improvement advice and trade contacts. In my view successful relationships depend on great communication and that is the reason we keep going back to Rob. Although the truth about you property value is sometimes difficult to accept it is none the less an important precursor to a successful sale. I really appreciated Rob's integrity in this regard and ultimately am grateful for his valuable role in our property sales. We would definitely use Robert Horder again.
