I have had the pleasure of dealing with Rob regarding my recent purchase of a rural property at Kyogle. From the outset I found Rob to be approachable and helpful with all my queries and inspection of the property. During the sale process I found Rob to be very straightforward and efficient, ensuring to keep in contact to follow up on the progress of the sale and to answer any further questions I had. All in all, Rob provides a professional, friendly and efficient service and I would have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone else.

Rob was down to earth and a good communicator who was helpful and open without any of the "spin" common in sales.

It was great to deal with Robert during the purchase of our new property. He was very helpful and knowledgeable and presented the property without overselling it. Whenever we had any questions he answered them comprehensively and always followed up on any messages left. Robert and his staff were great and very professional during the whole process. We were pleased with the outcome of the sale and the prompt settlement terms. Our property now has fantastic new owners that appear to be loving it as much as we did so thankyou Robert for giving us the chance to meet Tom & Anne. We feel that with a more positive approach when first listed a quicker sale and higher price may have been achieved but we are very happy with the overall outcome and the handling of our sale.
