Communicates well when issues arise, updates on the general market prices are very handy.

What an absolute pleasure it was to deal with Rob and his team in the purchase of our beautiful property. We never felt rushed or pushed and Rob delivered everything promised and more. The relaxed style was a 'Breath Of Fresh Air'. If you want the best you cant go past Rob and his team at Kyogle PRD

We found Rob Horder to be respectful, helpful and well prepared. The house we have bought is not certainly not everyone's cup of tea but he was prepared to try every strategy to sell it.

Robert and the team at PRDnationwide showed complete professionalism from the moment we met. We didn't hesitate to allow them to look after our investment and subsequent sale. Would recommend anyone to PRDnationwide

Robert willingly responded to our requests to see the property several times. He helped me measure all the rooms. During the negotiations for building work that had not been finally approved by Council Robert was patient, confident and always on the task communicating clearly. I was very happy with Robert and his team throughout this rather lengthy sale. It was a lovely gesture on receiving the keys to the house a gift box of champagne and other beverages was given to us. Plus Robert’s inquiry as to how our move had been an how we were settling in was very nice.

I found Rob to be very easy going and did everything that was requested of him. He is very thorough in his approach and does his best to satisfy the buyer but keeps in mind the vendors requirements. I would have no hesitation in recommending Rob to anyone buying or selling property in his area.
