I’m usually very wary of what a vendor’s agent tells me. I brought this wariness to my dealings with Robert, but very quickly came to see that it was uncalled for. He has that rare quality amongst agents of being very open and honest. That didn’t mean he didn’t act in the vendor’s interests, but merely that he didn’t sell his soul or principles in doing so. In other words, he upheld his professional standards such that I came to trust and purchase through him. I would recommend Robert Horder to vendors and purchasers because an agent who is both trustworthy and professional is the gold standard in the real estate industry.

I purchased a property as an investment through PRD Kyogle and found Robert Horder very good to deal with, particularly in matching a property to my needs. My investment house is now being managed by Robert and his staff and all is going well.

We bought our first house through Robert and at the time were thrilled with everything to do with our little piece of paradise. We weren't expecting to sell our beautiful property but through Robert's assistance we received an offer which got us curious. Once we realised it was all a possibility, we were thankful for Robert and the PRD Kyogle team's professional and sensitive way of handling business. As first time sellers the task seemed quite daunting, but we had constant contact and reassurance at every stage. Our sale settled without a hitch and we would highly recommend Robert and his team to anyone wishing to buy and sell in the Northern Riverina area. Unexpected but fantastic! Keep kicking goals!

I have had dealings with robert now on several occasions over five years resulting in two purchases, both of which have been a easy pleasurable and genuiune experience . I / we have never felt pressured or that as sometimes can be in the realisrate industry that we were being taken advantage of , roberts honesty and appraisal of the propertys we have bought is second to none , coupled with his professional approach we have no hesitation in recommending him to any who were to ask for a reliable contact in the industry. Thank you again , Peter and Guihua
