Robert took into consideration my needs regarding the type of home I was looking for within my budget. He took the time to organise a number of house inspections over a number of months, making suggestions that increased my options. He managed the purchase process professionally, offering advice and guidance when asked. I have no hesitation recommending Robert Horder for anyone looking to buy or sell.

Robert sold two difficult properties for us, and found buyers for us straight away. He was very professional to deal with and even helped to organize a cleaner for us on request.

During the sale of one of our family properties Robert has been efficient and has providedexcellent service throughout the sale. His marketing strategy for this property worked really well capturing two firm buyers within7 days, The property sold at the listed price. While the actual sale went through quickly I had the problem of finding suitable people to work on the property and do various tasks and also living three hours away this posed quite a problem. Robert was able to take all that worry away from me by sourcing suitable honest people to get the house prepared for settlement. The property had not been lived in for two years so there was quite a bit of work involved. I would have no hesitation in recommending him to any other seller or prospective buyer for honest friendly and efficient service. Icing

From my initial inquiry, Robert was very helpful. For a quick decision to purchase at auction (24 hours) he was very easy to work with. His subsequent follow ups have been regular and appreciated. I'd recommend Robert to anyone.

We recently engaged Robert to sell our family farm at Kyogle and could not speak more highly of him and his service. We were able to sell our farm in less than a month and got our price and the peace of mind knowing the next family loved it as much as we did. Robert was able to negotiate the sale in good time and kept us informed the whole way along. We were already relocated and are hours away from Kyogle and all through the settlement period he kept his eye on the sale and communicated with us and the buyer. Robert is a long time resident of the area and knows Kyogle and its surroundings in detail. If you need an agent who is honest and a great communicator you can't go wrong with Robert Horder.

Robert Horder is a very nice genuine agent showed us around many properties educated us to the area and stayed patient when we couldn't find what we wanted. We spent time with most of the agents in his area and we were very happy that that we bought a property through him as he was the nicest agent we looked for a year he showed us a property which was not what we were looking for but we instantly loved it. Glad he included our property cause we are very happy here now

After months of trying to sell our house ourselves, we then went with Robert from PRD who has a well known reputation locally for fast hassle free sales. September 2016 Robert came to our house after business hours and gave us a free no obligation Valuation. From the Valuation to the Sale of our home was only 14 weeks. Robert communicated with us from the start to the end and was able to find the right buyer for our home and to get our full asking price. I would definitely recommend Robert to anyone wanting to sell. The thank you gift hamper was very thoughtful too!

Thank you Robert and the team at PRD Kyogle for a quick and effortless sale process that delivered a sale at the asking price in just a few weeks, we couldn't be happier. I am extremely happy to recommend Robert and his team, he was easy to work with , he listened and responded and then delivered everything we asked for with the sale in a short period of time. I would rate him a 10 out of 10 as an agent that is proactive and effective at delivering the sale at asking price, you can't ask for anything more than an outstanding result. Me and my family are extremely gratefull. Thanks The Marsh Family
