Robert and his team worked hard to get me a result after my property spent a lengthy stint on the market. His office managed my tenants and As I live in the U.K. I was appreciative of such wonderful service. I had every confidence in Robert and his team and we indeed got there in the end. After finding the property that I wanted to purchase online, I contacted Robert who is a local agent in the area and has lived there as long as I've been in the area if not longer. With that, he has great local knowledge and insight into what people require and also has a good rapport with clients either selling or buying with the utmost confidentiality.

Rob Hoarder sold our house very quickly as we requested because it was a rental and the tenant was vacating and we didn't want it left sitting empty. He was spot on with the price range and had a buyer lined up almost immediately.

I would say Mr Horder showed a lot patience with me as a potential purchaser. He showed me multiple properties only to have me back out of an offer due to insecure buyer's remorse about aspects of the property of interest. When after a hiatus of more than 6 months I returned to the market as a buyer he made me as welcome as a new potential purchaser
