Craig is a highly professional real estate agent. Both he and Sharon were extremely helpful in getting the property to market within a very short timeframe, knowing there is Christmas break looming. They did their utmost to secure the best possible outcome for us, even though the final sale price was slightly lower than we had initially been led to expect. Craig kept us informed throughout the entire process and made himself available at all times, including outside normal working hours. He has an in-depth knowledge of the market, and the lower-than-expected sale price is more likely a reflection of changing market conditions toward the end of the year rather than any limitation in his expertise or ability.
