I had a difficult task to manage - to sell my elderly mother's Castle Cove home of 39 years - which had seen much better days, to put it very lightly. I interviewed 4 different agencies in my search for whom I felt would be right for my mother's unusual property, in that the structures were in desperate need of a big renovation or a complete redevelopment, but the property itself was unique - on a huge block, very private, and with a great elevated outlook all around.
