I'm so glad that I chose Maree and Vicky from McGrath to sell my 1-bedroom apartment at Norwest. I thought it might be fairly difficult to find a buyer with so many apartments for sale in the area, and that was before the government changed the negative gearing rules, reducing the number of potential buyers even further. I was so relieved when Maree found a buyer so quickly, and at a fair price for the current market. The reason I chose Maree and Vicky was because I thought their good name and vast experience would potentially give them access to more buyers. I do believe that this is what helped me to sell my apartment as quickly as I did.
