Unlike many agents, Maree did not inflate our expectations on the price we could expect at auction. Maree and her team conducted an effective marketing campaign through media and open homes. On assessing the interested parties and formal offers, we decided to let Maree negotiate with prospective buyers and settled on an acceptable price and sold before auction.

Prompt, honest and specially empathetic
I had come across Maree across a few properties during the search for my home and she always greeted with a very welcoming smile. She ensured that she kept me informed of every development related to the sale of the property which helped me a lot to make quick decisions as needed. She has been extremely helpful after the sale too and been prompt in attending to any minor requests I make. Overall my house-buying experience has been great.
