Norman & I met Danielle McLoughlin when she visited our home with Jamie Benjamin as a Real Estate Agent, we requested a rough valuation in regards to listing our home in around 6 months time, after we had completed our renovations on the house. We found Danielle, extremely approachable & felt very comfortable talking to her, her professionalism, expertise & knowledge were excellent & at no time as a mature couple did we feel out of our depth & not comfortable asking questions that were important to us, especially after a prospective buyer had inspected our home. Danielle gave a woman’s prospective & always complemented me on the presentation on the home, something I really appreciated. This gave me the insight to know this would be part of her conversation when talking to a female client, yet she would not be over feminine that a male would feel uncomfortable asking the hard questions that were important to him. Danielle is trustworthy & honest & had genuine respect for our home. She worked well as a team partnership with Jamie but also extremely confident working on her own. Norman & I have followed Jamie Benjamin Real Estate agent for several years on line, ready for when we were ready to sell our own home.
