Friendly and Professional

Outstanding Result !
We had not sold a house by Auction previously and were unsure of what to expect. Peter's professionalism and consistent communication throughout helped put as at ease, and I have to say, that all throughout the campaign, through to the Auction itself, I cannot fault the advice provided. Come Auction day, the result speaks for itself ... an amazing sale price achieved (and in such poor weather conditions) ! It would be remiss of us not to mention Danielle ... such a pleasure to deal with and so efficient in organising the marketing and all the logistics in the background (thank you !) Fantastic Team
We sold our property in North Rocks with Jamie & Danielle. We decided to go with them because they had sold a larger percentage of North Rocks property compared to other agents. Hence, we believed that this will give them an upper hand in knowing the market & the buyers in the area. When we first embarked in this we were not sure whether we wanted to sell. We were very open with Jamie & Danielle about where we stood. They were fantastic throughout the whole process. They gave us updates after each open home and responded to our calls and email without fail. We were told by many not to give into to the agent’s pressure to sell at the auction. Jamie did not put any pressure on us to sell. He kept us informed of what is going on outside and our position at the auction. Pete & Dani Are The Agents You Want To Have Your Back
Going through an emotional process and selling a family home at the same time is a lot to go handle especially when there are so many factors to consider. As a real estate agent myself, I found that interviewing agents was an overwhelming process especially when discussing works that needed to be done and the campaign timeline. When Peter came to appraise the property I immediately felt at ease and he made me feel like there was a light at the end of the tunnel. Pete & Dani organised everything so seamlessly so my family could focus on preparing the property. Throughout the Auction campaign we consistently had exceptional numbers through the open home and the amount of enquiry was phenomenal. Pete was in touch with me everyday giving me an update and checking in to see how I was feeling about everything. Everyday Pete was consistently building competition and preparing for Auction Day. We were the last Auction for 2020 and it was the Sunday before Christmas. On Auction Day Pete & Dani had a huge team who assisted on the day. I was hoping for 5-8 registered bidders when Pete pulled me aside so excited and told me we had approx 26 registered bidders. The Auction kicked off and the Auctioneer was an absolute professional. We achieved our reserve in the second bid and our dream price in the fourth (I was crying within the first minute of the Auction). After 20 minutes we sold for a life changing $1,651,000. It is hard to put into words what Pete & Dani did for my family. I wholeheartedly trusted them through the entire process. They were amazing when it came to managing my emotions and keeping me focused on the goal, They are true professionals and a credit to the real estate industry. They are the people and professionals you want to have your back when selling and are true partners in the entire process. I could not be more appreciative and grateful for what they did for my family and I highly recommend them when engaging a sales agent.

Helpful, professional and responsive
I have recently purchase a townhouse and I was dealing with Danielle from McGraths with regards to this townhouse in north rocks. What I can say about her is she is very professional, helpful and most importantly she was so responsive which make everyone's life easier. In overall I was really happy with the experience I had.
