We had a great experience with Adam. We went with Adam after a recommendation from a friend, after exploring two other agencies we weren't happy with. We did our own research and were open with what our expectations were, and he was able to achieve that for us in only three weeks. Adam and his team were in constant communication with us and we found him easily accessible when we had queries. He suggested some good ideas in regards to marketing, and was accepting of things we wanted to change.
