We made contact with Adam to sell our Mum's house. He came out to see us and gave us an appraisal which we thought was very fair. He had some guidelines on a couple of small cosmetic changes he thought would help to sell it faster. We obliged. Team came out on Monday to take photo's and the first open home was scheduled for the weekend. Saturday afternoon we had a call with the good news that the house sold for $25k more than we expected. While this review says it is for “Adam Woods”, I never heard directly from, or had any contact with Adam Woods through the whole of my buying experience. However, I did hear from Tyler Chiswick and she was fantastic. Tyler was available for all questions and showings. She was highly professional and everything that I could need in a real estate agent. In a nutshell: you won’t deal with Adam, but dealings with Tyler will go smoothly.
