The sale of my property in Kandos was well marketed with very professional brochures and website listing. The sales process feedback was initially comprehensive and timely but dropped off a bit after about 6 weeks, requiring texts and emails from myself to obtain feedback about the ouse open days. Stewart was always professional and available but the newish assistant needed some following up and prompting. Overall a good result was achieved in a slightly difficult environment of rising interest rates and costs of living. McGrath's navigated a way forward and closed the sale.
