The sale of my property in Kandos was well marketed with very professional brochures and website listing. The sales process feedback was initially comprehensive and timely but dropped off a bit after about 6 weeks, requiring texts and emails from myself to obtain feedback about the ouse open days. Stewart was always professional and available but the newish assistant needed some following up and prompting. Overall a good result was achieved in a slightly difficult environment of rising interest rates and costs of living. McGrath's navigated a way forward and closed the sale.

Ben was incredibly helpful during our purchase he was knowledgeable and nothing was ever a drama. Ben followed us up regularly and kept us in the loop regarding up coming properties without being pushy or frustrating. Ben build a rapport and was always flexible with scheduling open inspections. In the event we would ever need to sell or purchase again he would definitely be our real estate agent of choice.

The team headed by Adam were all great at their job. Jessica, Jahymi and Adam dealt with us directly and at all times were knowledgeable, polite and punctual with updates which made us feel less stressed about the whole process over some 4 months. Actual sell price was better than another respected agent thought we would achieve. Recommended.

We bought our house through Adam back in 2019. He’s been working with us over the years to help us step up into our dream home. When it came time to sell, the choice was easy. We knew he would work hard to find a buyer. He advised on what price we should expect and he achieved it within weeks. The whole process was easy thanks to his communication throughout.
