Max was asked to take my call when enquiring about duplexes being built near my daughter. He followed up my enquiry and gave me the unfortunate news that they wouldn't be ready till next year. While waiting to hear back from the builder, he contacted me to say that was the case. This clear and prompt communication from Max was a hallmark of my dealings with him and something I have valued immensely. Max then started showing me other properties, and continued to do so until he showed me the perfect property which meets all my needs. At every stage Max acted promptly, efficiently and has followed up with my Conveyancer to make a seamless transition for my move to Mudgee. He has been a pleasure to deal with and someone who I believe acts with integrity.

This is our third time buying/selling with Team Woods. It was an absolute no-brainer that we would use Adam and his team to sell our family home. For 2 years Adam worked with us as the market boomed and changed around us through ‘unprecedented times’. Adam answered our questions about what the market was doing, who is looking to buy in Mudgee, what they are looking for, when the best time to sell is and where to spend and save our money. Adam talked us off a cliff several times as media headlines and interest rate rises had us questioning our plan, but Adam’s knowledge of the local area, future developments and current local trends had us reassured. The price estimate and estimate of time on market was spot on. The communication from every McGrath team member after each open house was swift and informative but especially Jess who keeps the whole show ticking along. Jess kept us informed of what would happen at each step of the process, she explained building and real estate jargon in layman’s terms and even answered my SOS calls to make sure there was no stress the whole way through.
