This is our third time buying/selling with Team Woods. It was an absolute no-brainer that we would use Adam and his team to sell our family home. Adam talked us off a cliff several times as media headlines and interest rate rises had us questioning our plan, but Adam’s knowledge of the local area, future developments and current local trends had us reassured. The price estimate and estimate of time on market was spot on. The communication from every McGrath team member after each open house was swift and informative but especially Jess who keeps the whole show ticking along. Jess kept us informed of what would happen at each step of the process, she explained building and real estate jargon in layman’s terms and even answered my SOS calls to make sure there was no stress the whole way through.
