I have recently had a successful outcome re a property sale using Mc.Grath Real Estate Mudgee. It was not a straight forward sale by any means, being complex and presenting many unforeseen difficulties. During it all, my agent, Adam Woods, was calm, most helpful and very professional. I have no hesitation in recommending him, his team and his agency.

When I first enquired about selling my property, it was not valued at my prefered price, so I did not put it on the market. Not too long after, I recieved a phone call from Adam letting me know the market is hot and I should try for a price that I would be happy with. I did this and sold my property for the exact amount I wanted. On the morning of the day it sold I had 3 contracts waiting and by the afternoon it was sold as Adam and his team didn't stop selling it until it was sold.

Being unfamiliar with purchasing property in the country and unfamiliar with Mudgee itself, we found Adam to be amazing at working with us and helping us with both our research and decision making. Adam’s sales experience and his extensive local knowledge was reassuring for us at every step. In hindsight, I can see that he was selling not only the property but also the beautiful Mudgee district, and the possibility of a wonderful new lifestyle for us, and we were won over by his passion and enthusiasm for the property we eventually purchased. When it came to our many questions and enquiries nothing was ever a problem for Adam. He was always absolutely accommodating in providing us with the right information, or in helping to connect us with the right expert in a timely fashion. He managed the right amount of contact and communication with us during the purchase process and he always delivered to a high standard. We are fortunate to have purchased our home in such a wonderful community and we are fortunate to have Adam lead us through the process.

This is the third time we have dealt with Adam and each time he has impressed us with his expertise and professionalism. He is approachable, knowledgeable and has an excellent understanding of the industry. Highly recommend.

From the moment we made contact with Adam, we knew we were in safe hands. For those who have gone through purchasing property know that it can be stressful, so you really look to those people involved in the process to manage and support you through it. We found Adam to be incredibly respectful, never pushy and competent in every transaction. His knowledge of the local market and the support his team provided (special mention to Jess Martens) built trust and minimised our anxiety right up to exchange. We couldn't recommend Adam and the Team at McGrath Central Tablelands enough.
