Adam's market knowledge is sensational and the whole process was a breeze, excellent communication throughout the whole process not only did he sell my house but also helped me with relocating. McGrath's team at Mudgee is absolutely awesome! Highly Recommended.

We could not fault Adam's professionalism and patience. He was thorough, honest with market assessments, timely with communications to and fro. He never appeared to loose patience with us during the long-winded process to find and purchase the perfect home in Mudgee.

Adam and Jess, were a pleasure to do deal with, especially as it was our first encounter purchasing land in Mudgee through an agent. Adam was patient with us while we did our due diligence and arranged the appropriate purchasing structure. The process was seamless and we look forward to the future and the development of Meramie Grove!

I set Adam with a challenge to find me a specific type of property. Within a short period of time he and the team found exactly what I was looking for - He listened and he delivered! The professional approach of the entire McGrath team was excellent and I have no doubt I will be working with Adam and his team again in the future.

I was so impressed with Adam and the team at McGraths with the sale of our property, and it exceeded all of my expectations with not just the all-important sale price, but also the entire process from initial discussions, market appraisal, and the process of putting the house onto the market - including professional photography that I believe really enhanced the property’s features, which ultimately resulted in a successful sale. Thank you so much. I will definitely be using McGraths again!

Jess has been working with me for a couple of years now. She found my property for me and fought hard to get me the best possible price and negotiate settlement. I had been through a lot of personal stress and her beautiful caring nature helped make the transition seamlessly and made what is normally a stressful situation exciting and liberating. Fast forward 6 months and I’m in a position to sell my home. Jess was nothing short of incredible! Again she got me an amazing outcome and worked with me in a way that suited my lifestyle. I honestly couldn’t rate any other agent as highly and will always use Jess for all of my future property plans.
