We were most impressed by Adam all the way through the selling process and indeed before. Our investment property in Mudgee was leased through another agency, despite this, the most regular market updates over a few years came from Adam. He kept us updated without ever being "pushy". He was aware of what we were looking for and touched base when appropriate. With the property demand in Mudgee changing post COVID, Adam alerted us to the strong market and what he believed we could achieve. We were surprised and a bit shocked with what he intimated but were delighted when he exceeded that figure. Adam's communication has been excellent all the way through, keeping us updated and informed during the process. We would strongly recommend Adam to any potential sellers if they are seeking a professional service and a happy outcome !

Adam was a great help with the purchase of my property, his advice and market knowledge of the area was very helpful and made the transition from buyer to owner very easy.

We were searching for property in the Mudgee region and quite early on in the journey we met Adam. Unlike other agents we searched with, even after showing us countless listings, Adam stuck by us, he would reguarly make an effort to keep in contact and keep us updated of anything that would arise, no matter how much time may have passed. Adam also has a great knowledge and connection to the Mudgee region which we could sense, and to us that was a big deal as it was entirely genuine, we had no doubts we trusted him. After some time, Adam contacted us out of the blue with some great news, he had found us our dream block, and he was spot on. We made an offer and the rest is history. From making the offer through to exchange and then to settlement, Adam was extremely easy to deal with and absolutely honest and genuine and I would highly recommend Adam for anyone looking to buy or sell.

Adam showed me through a number of properties but ultimately found me the ideal property situated in a quiet street with a beautiful view over Mudgee, couldn’t be happier with my purchase and experience working with Adam in securing this property.

Adam and Jessica were very professional and helpful in selling our property. Their input and feedback was always positive and constructive. They were always attentive and available. We achieved a good price in a busy market that met our expectations and above the target of our initial market estimate. On the whole it has been a successful and positive experience.

I have been working with Jess for the last year or so looking to buy a property. Jess would answer my calls or texts even when she wasn’t at work and went above and beyond to help me out. Jess is no only professional but has the biggest heart and when things were really tough for me she put in the extra effort to get me across this line with my purchase. Words cannot describe how highly I rate Jess. McGrath are lucky to have her.

We have been visiting Mudgee with a view to buy for over 3 years, in that time, we have met several real estate agents. We have inspected rural and residential properties with Jessica and her knowledge and professionalism is exceptional. We found her to be more than accomodating with our requests, her appointments were always met on time and she presented the Vendors homes with honesty and the correct acumen. We would highly recommend you stop in at McGrath Central Tablelands and ask for Jessica. I hope she can now find me that perfect patch of rural land out this way so that I can continue my pursuits in small acreage farming. Sincerely Steve and Shalisha.
