Adam, Jess and their amazing team at McGrath Mudgee are absolute professionals. We bought this property through them a couple of years ago when Adam and Jess presented it to us as a unique opportunity at the time. It was and we wished we still held it. However our circumstances changed and we asked the team to put it back to the market as soon as conditions allowed a favourable sale. To their credit, they held us back and waited for supply to tighten before listing it. The property sold almost immediately to a carefully vetted buyer and we were extremely happy with the outcome.
